Do you find that you are constantly worrying or overthinking and unable to 'switch off'?
Do you worry excessively about your health?
Do you dwell on past events or obsess about the future?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then talking to someone may help you to make a positive change.

As someone who has benefited from accessing talking therapies I have first-hand experience of just how life changing and rewarding they can be. It was this which inspired me to try to offer the same kind of help to other people.
I know how much counselling can help to guide people in their journey towards a fulfilled and happy life, and I’m determined to provide that kind of guidance to others. There are times when somewhere to talk and someone to listen are more important than almost anything else.

That’s why I’m committed to working with every client in a holistic, non-judgemental, supportive way. I’ll provide you with a safe, confidential space in which you’ll have the freedom to explore the roots of your emotions and experiences, and work through issues you might otherwise struggle to deal with.

I see clients in Chorlton and West Didsbury and offer daytime and evening sessions as well as Zoom/Skype/FaceTime/WhatsApp and Telephone Sessions.

I can help you with a range of issues including: Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Loss, Health Anxiety, Post-traumatic stress, Business coaching, Cancer, Health related issues, Self esteem, Relationships, Stress, Work related issues

I offer face to face Person Centred therapy to adults on a long or short term basis.
