Welcome to my profile. Making sense of yourself as a whole can feel like a daunting process to go through alone. Understanding your sense of identity and how to build your confidence up is something that is possible within the sessions that I offer. I provide an open, empathic and safe space to allow you to truly explore your ideas and emotions in understanding yourself within your world as well as providing an opportunity to have the support to flourish and develop your self esteem.
I have an assimilative working model which is an integration of attachment, existential and humanistic concepts, with person centred being at the core. I have worked extensively with trauma, abuse, anxiety and with people of a South Asian background who have difficulty with understanding their identity and sense of self within the modern western world.
Feeling like nobody understands you can be an isolating experience. I would like to offer my hand to reach out and provide the support that is needed for getting through this difficult time. Life isn't an easy journey and often it takes a lot of self reflection to understand your part in it. I would like to walk alongside you to help understand it better.
