Type of counselling
Are you experiencing feelings or emotions that are difficult to cope with or getting you down. Perhaps a relationship in your life that feels difficult or experienced something that you has left you carrying some difficult emotions. People come to counselling for many different reasons, but whatever is troubling you I will listen with care and compassion. I will also provide you with a supportive and non judgemental therapeutic space in which to identify and work through your worries and concerns. Helping you to make positive changes in your life.
