I am an Accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer individual counselling therapy using a person centred approach. I am also trained in Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused therapy and EMDR. I am located within the Banbridge area of County Down. I have gained my Advanced Diploma in Counselling. I offer a relaxed and confidential service and believe in letting you share your story and I listen alongside you gaining some exploration along the way. I work towards the BACP's Ethical Framework.I have over 14 years experience practising as a Counsellor.
