Hi, I’m Andy, welcome to my counselling service.

Note: I am offering both video and in-person counselling.

Do you have a problem and need to talk about it, work it out? Is it something that friends and relations can't help you with? Maybe it feels like you'd be burdening them, maybe they are the problem. Or maybe it's something deep rooted that needs the professional help of a therapist to help you understand, develop and grow.

This is what counselling is for, in counselling you can talk about whatever is important, work through difficult situations, find out what is right for you.

Counselling helps you to understand yourself better and through that understanding, help you find what’s right for you.

I offer a confidential, safe space where I can help you explore your concerns without judgment. I won’t tell you how to live, I won’t pathologise who you are, instead I will help you to understand yourself better and through that understanding, help you find what’s right for you.

In counselling we find the freedom to be who we should be.

I am a non judgemental and empathic counsellor who currently works on Zoom and telephone platforms only. I am based in Blacon, Chester but happy to work with clients from anywhere in the UK at this present time.

Hello, I am an Integrative therapist, which means that I work in a style that respects that each individual will have a preference in the way that they want to use their sessions, therefore we work together, either online or in person to attain your needs in therapy.

Counselling can offer a space where you can access support and begin to change. To learn skills and endure difficulties with self-compassion and resilience.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor who is a Registered Member of the BACP and an Accredited Registrant with NCPS. Based in Glasgow, I offer a non-judgemental, supportive, and confidential space in which to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that is comfortable for you. I offer in-person appointments in Glasgow, as well as online and telephone counselling sessions within the UK.

My aim is to facilitate discovery; uncover ways to withstand and embrace life with comfort and curiosity, to honour your needs, learn how to soothe yourself and engage with positive, sustainable growth. Your individuality, values and goals will always help guide how we work together to support your journey towards a more positive, grounded, authentic and resilient life.

As an integrative counsellor I draw upon the Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) modalities whilst using a trauma-informed approach. This allows me to adapt how we work together to best suit your needs and the issues you are experiencing whilst working within the BACP’s Ethical Framework and required professional competency level.

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (validated by COSCA) and continue to train and develop in the modalities I practice, as well as additional areas of interest, including polyvagal theory and somatic therapies. I have also successfully completed recognised training in offering online and telephone counselling.

Friendly and confidential counselling service with sessions offered in-person, online and over the telephone. My aim is to help you identify your issues and goals, and to help find the best solutions for you at your own pace. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, low mood and depression, anger, low self-esteem, PTSD and complex trauma, and unwanted behaviours such as overeating or self-harm/self-sabotage.
