Introduction
Feeling overwhelmed by life with ADHD? If you have ADHD, or suspect you have, therapy can empower you to take back control of your life.

Do you always feel like you are surrounded by chaos and that no matter what you do, you just can’t seem to get things right? Are you constantly beating yourself up about things that others seem to find so easy? Do you feel easily overwhelmed, have anxiety and sensory issues?

Counselling can be flexible, with sessions weekly or fortnightly. Remote sessions can be done online or over the phone from the comfort of your own home and reminders can be sent so that you don’t miss a session.

Therapy can help you transform your life with ADHD by:
• Helping you to understand that having ADHD, or suspected ADHD, does not mean that you are broken. Recognising this can help improve your self-esteem.
• Helping you to regulate yourself and your emotions so that you can feel less overwhelmed and anxious with everyday life.
• Teaching you tools and techniques to help manage your day-to-day life, including organisation, time management and challenging negative thinking.

I started my private practice because I could see that many people were struggling with feelings of low self-esteem and confidence stemming from anxiety and depression. As I moved through my career, I started to notice that a lot of my clients either had self-diagnosed or professionally diagnosed ADHD. Which left them feeling overwhelmed with the world, not good enough and feeling hopeless for the future.

I have personal and professional experience dealing with the impact of ADHD and I understand how it can creep into every aspect of a person’s life. But it’s possible to live the life that you want and work with your ADHD with the right support in place.

In my counselling career I have supported many clients with ADHD in transforming their lives and I would love to help you too.

I’m a fully qualified and registered counsellor with the BACP. In addition to my counselling qualifications I have completed additional counselling training in counselling people with ADHD and my Master’s in Psychology has also included a focus on ADHD and Autism.

I have participated in extra training including CBT for adult ADHD and Counselling ADHD and I keep myself updated on the latest thinking around ADHD.

So please get in touch via email or text to book a session. I look forward to hearing from you.
