Introduction
If you are considering therapy, you may be doing so for a variety of reasons. I can support you with specific issues such as depression, anxiety or loss, or a more general sense of 'stuckness' or not knowing.

I also work with clients with chronic pain, which is the subject of my research. I am interested in the link between our mental and physical health, for example the connection between migraines, back pain, ME or IBS and stress, depression and anxiety.
Further Information

I welcome the opportunity to explore your experiences and find new ways forward, tailoring your therapy your personal circumstances and acknowledging your needs as a unique individual.

Whether you come to counselling with a specific issue or wish to understand yourself in a deeper and more meaningful way, I work alongside you to understand your experience and offer further perspective and insight. I can support you, for example, to identify patterns, develop strategies, to resolve personal issues and find new ways forward.

I am currently working exclusively online and by telephone. I am experienced in both face-to-face and online therapy, and understand that this can seem a daunting process.

You are welcome to contact me by phone, text or secure email with any questions or concerns you have.

I offer a free 20 minute initial session so that we can discuss how I can best support you.

I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you as we explore what life is like for you: exploring ways to cope with your challenges, and understanding and developing your way of being. As a humanistic and integrative therapist, I have a flexible and holistic approach, tailoring your therapy to your personal circumstances and needs as a unique individual.

--What to expect from our first session--
The first session is about exploring whether you would like to work with me and address any concerns or questions you have. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, and I will ask for some information on your family history and current circumstances. It is an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves and discover how we can work together to support you.

Qualifications, e.g. Diploma, MA
I have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents University London and, to complete my Master's Degree, I am currently undertaking a research project on the lived experience of chronic pain and the implications for psychotherapy. I am a qualified and BACP registered psychotherapist and counsellor. I have an additional qualification as a certified cyber therapist and I am also an accredited professional member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online.
