I have expereince of working wiith a wide of concerns including anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic health issues, ME/CFS, parenting challenges and more. As an Integrative therapist I don’t believe in one size fits all therapy, we will collaborate to create a therapy around who you are, your challenges, strengths and the life you live. I know you are the expert in your life and our sessions will shine a light on where you have control to make changes and equip you with the tools to make them.
I am Trauma informed and can support you to develop skills to manage the symptoms of Trauma and develop a good base from which you can go on to do deeper Trauma recovery work such as EMDR or Rewind therapy with a trained practitioner.
At this time I am only providing online counselling including email counselling, video and telephone counselling. This allows me to be much more flexible about how and when you can have your sessions.
Email counselling makes accessing support incredibly flexible, particularly for parents, carers and busy professionals. You can write when it suits you and aren't restricted by appointment times or travel. The best part is you will get to keep a record of all of our sessions.
