As an Integrative-Relational counsellor, I do not believe in one size fits all therapy. We will collaborate to create a therapy around who you are - the challenges you face and the life you want to live. I believe you are the expert in your life and our sessions will shine a light on where you have control to make changes, equip you with the tools to grow and help you to experience long-lasting transformation.
In our sessions, I’ll draw on a mix of person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, shaping our work to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout, parenting issues, or just feeling a bit lost, we’ll explore it all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I specialise in supporting parents of neurodivergent children and have a particular interest in pre- and postnatal mental health and wellbeing.
Sessions can be online or through email, whatever suits you best. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s weighing you down and find ways to bring more ease, resilience, and balance into your life. Let’s take this journey one step at a time, focusing on what matters most to you.

It’s common to believe, when you’ve been holding everything in for so long that if you let the flood gates open, you’ll never be able to close them again. I imagine you’ve spent many years, maybe your whole life holding things in - that’s a lot of practice and you absolutely will be able to close the gates again.
When you're unable to cope with your feelings it can be difficult to navigate day to day life and move towards your goals. You might be feeling angry, anxious, resentful, confused, overwhelmed or completely depleted.
In our sessions I will provide you a warm and holding space to explore your feelings and your struggles safely, I will manage our time so you will never leave a session highly emotional or unable to cope. I can support you to develop tools and skills to manage your feelings, leaving youcalmer and more resilient to face life’s challenges as we move towards your hopes and goals.
