My goal is to provide you with a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself openly. I have helped numerous individuals manage various challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, troubling thoughts and feelings, panic attacks and trauma. My services are available to clients aged 18 and above, and I offer both online counselling (using Zoom or MS Teams) and phone counselling.
I currently hold an employed role providing specialised training on topics such as Mental Health in the Workplace, Stress Management, and Secondary Vicarious Harm in a corporate company. I also offer well-being support to all employees within the organisation. Additionally, I recently volunteered at Number22 Counselling Agency, providing counselling services to adults and young people. In the past, I worked as an Operations Manager in an NHS service for over two years, where I was responsible for ensuring the company's health, safety, and well-being.
Experiencing difficult situations can be overwhelming and leave us feeling sad, worried, and tired. I firmly believe that everyone's counselling experience should be tailored to their individual needs, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My top priority is ensuring you feel supported and safe during our sessions.
It's an honour for me to be a part of your unique journey towards healing. Together, we will explore your unspoken emotions, thoughts, and experiences. You can trust that I am committed to helping you achieve your goals. Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to make contact to schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
“Do not expect to be “cured” after the first session. There are no quick fixes. Healing is a process, and sometimes, it’s a long one. Be patient with yourself.”
