Type of counselling
Introduction
The paths we tread are not always smooth, as an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor let me offer you a safe and non-judgemental space to explore and connect more with your true self that guides you towards positive changes. Being Integrative allows me to use different modalities because each human being is as unique as their therapy.
My work includes helping adult clients of all ages with a broad range of issues such as addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, relationship problems.

Further Information
I am currently studying Psychosexual Therapy with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS). This will provide me with specialist training in working with sexual problems with couples, individuals and multiple partnered people, BDSM, Kink, Fetish and an understanding of Sexual Compulsivity.
Prior to training to become a counsellor, I volunteered with The Samaritans as a listening volunteer and held my student placements at Norfolk and Waveney MIND and East Anglia's Children's Hospice (EACH). I am also a registered SandStory member which allows my clients to "tell their story" creatively in sand.
