As your therapist, I will embrace a non-judgmental, reflective approach driven by careful listening, curiosity, warmth and empathy. This approach will enable us to engage in a deep exploration of your experiences and feelings, ways of relating to others as well as the underlying meaning of recurring choices and patterns that may be getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life.
We will work together at your own pace and in a relational way, where our therapeutic relationship, built on trust and confidentiality, will be instrumental in deepening your self-awareness, enhancing your emotional intelligence and facilitating the healing of past emotional trauma.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy and any questions you might have. Upon mutual agreement, it will be followed by an initial 50-minute assessment consultation, where we will get to explore whether we make a ‘good-match’. If, by the end of this session, you do feel that we could work together, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long, and take place weekly at the same agreed regular time.
