I bring a wealth of experience to my practice, having worked with diverse individuals across a range of settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from across the world facing a wide range of challenges. I have dedicated much of my career to supporting young people’s mental health, including leading a citywide mental health service. I have provided therapy in private practice and various community-based settings, offering specialised support to different communities. My background in the charity sector has equipped me with a deep understanding of social issues and community needs.
My lived experience as a queer and disabled person has shaped my values of empathy, inclusivity, and resilience. Outside of therapy, I enjoy pop culture, music, kindness, and American reality TV.
