I work primarily with women who are trying to leave, or who have left, an emotionally abusive relationship and want to shed the trauma bonds and find their self-worth again.
I have experience surviving trauma and working with others looking to heal from narcissistic emotional abuse, trauma bonding, and co-dependency. I can help you understand how emotional abuse affects your mind, body, and well-being.
Working in a trauma-informed way, I can help you navigate your way through the emotions of shame, guilt, and fear in a safe and nurturing way.

I have a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Working online across the UK and in-person at therapy rooms in Morley, Leeds, LS27, I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore any feelings you may be having that have become overwhelming. Getting the support you need when you are struggling can bring enormous relief.
