This is certainly not an exhaustive list, many people come for counselling simply because they cannot quite work out what the problem is, they just know something is not working well in their lives.

Further Information
Counselling by a qualified and BACP Accredited and Registered Integrative / Psychodynamic / CBT therapist provides a formal and professional relationship within which clients can beneficially explore difficult, sometimes painful, experiences or emotions. These may include feelings of anxiety, depression, trauma, or perhaps the loss of meaning of ones life. It is a process which focuses on helping people increase their capacity for choice and quality of life, leading to the individual becoming more autonomous, self determined and fulfilled. As an Integrative practitioner, I adapt my style of therapy to that best suited to the individual concerned.
