Sometimes we don’t know what to say, how to say it or even fully understand what we are feeling; it’s often not just one thing that we are feeling but a complex mix of different emotions.
Our sessions together will give you the opportunity to be heard, to explore your emotions and try to unpick the difficulties you are having.
Counselling is a place where you have the chance to talk without judgment from others.
My approach aims to support you in feeling able to process difficult emotions, at your chosen pace, exploring what you feel you need and supporting you to feel confident in understanding yourself.
