I provide a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can share and explore your problems, worries and fears. I’m interested in you as an individual and the future you want for yourself. Initially working with the ‘here and now’, relationally using Person Centred Therapy, we will build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. As our relationship develops you will learn to open up on a deeper level, explore your problems and identify their root causes. This process will allow you to grow in self-awareness and heal.
Our relationship problems can be a reflection of subconscious patterns of behaviour and communication we learnt through our experiences in infancy, childhood, and adulthood. Counselling can help you identify and acknowledge these patterns, establish new perspectives and behaviours leading to change within your relationships, including the relationship you have with yourself.
I will support you to identify your short- and longer-term goals from counselling, working towards these with regular reviews of our work together. The sessions are your time and your space to use however you chose to.
I can help you with:
· Mental Health Concerns
· Parental challenges including neurodiversity and SEND
