Hi, I'm Kieran, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with men and young guys that want to feel better, happier and have confidence in where their life is going.

I don't pass judgment on what you have done (or what you haven't done) and I work with you to get to where you want to be in life.
If you find that you are anxious in social situations, struggle to find the confidence to talk to someone who you might want a relationship with, or have feelings of anger that can hold you back and be counterproductive, I can help.
We can explore where these feelings come from and look at ways to move forward and start living the life you want to live.
