I’m Carla I’m very straightforward about my counselling work – I’m proud to help people of all ages achieve confidence and happiness through non-judgmental counselling. Perhaps you need a listening ear, someone to talk to outside your immediate circle of family and friends, a way to work through the challenges in your life? Some areas where counselling may be helpful are low mood, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, lack of confidence, going to university, ageing, menopause, children leaving home, coping with illness, facing hard choices, divorce or separation, depression, anger and general feelings of being unable to cope with day-to-day demands.
