Introduction
Friendly and confidential counselling service with sessions offered in-person, online and over the telephone. My aim is to help you identify your issues and goals, and to help find the best solutions for you at your own pace. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, low mood and depression, anger, low self-esteem, PTSD and complex trauma, and unwanted behaviours such as overeating or self-harm/self-sabotage.

Counselling allows you to explore your issues at your own pace and without judgement, to discover patterns in thoughts and behaviours in order to make positive changes. Whether you struggle with anxiety, have a history of trauma, or are looking to improve your motivation and achieve your goals, counselling can help you to make sense of your situation and plan for your future.
I also offer integrative supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors.
