If you are struggling to focus on the present, unable to manage your worries, things aren’t going well in your relationship or you feel pressured at work. I can help you to achieve a healthy mindset to give you a good work/life balance, which will help reduce anxiety and stress levels and increase energy levels allowing you to feel in control of making your own decisions, setting boundaries and making choices that feel right for you.

I work as a transformative counsellor. Change can be difficult and when we’ve experienced painful or traumatic experiences our behaviours changed and create a new normal. It can be difficult to break the old cycles or behaviours and create new healthier ones. I can help you to process thoughts and behaviours. The sessions can be timed in a way that will help you to go at your own pace. I use simple but effective techniques to help create a healthy mindset, reduce stress and suppor you to make changes in your life.
