From my base in Birmingham, I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, coming to me with all kinds of issues. I work from a Complementary Health Clinic in Harborne.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I use a range of approaches and techniques in order to tailor my way of working to take account of your unique needs and preferences. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach.
As a qualified counsellor, I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and abide by their Ethical Framework.
I am always happy to arrange an initial telephone or online session to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling and whether it could be helpful for you. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to get to know each other a bit.
It may not feel like it but you have already taken the first step.
