Introduction
I offer individual one-to-one counselling to adults in Worthing and online. I see a broad range of clients, and specialise in helping people with anxiety or stress. Everyone experiences difficult emotions, but when life becomes overwhelming then counselling can be a great way to help. I can help you find a way through whatever is troubling you. Further Information
As well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling, I also hold a degree in Psychology. I am registered with The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Like many counsellors I have experienced my own struggles with mental health, and felt the benefits of counselling first hand. I started seeing clients in 2017.
My experience as a counsellor has taught me that we already have the tools to help ourselves through painful experiences, and that doing so may mean re-discovering different or forgotten parts of ourselves. I can help you navigate this process, by bringing awareness to and exploring these aspects of yourself, and deepening your own self-compassion.
